Our History and Growth
AMTD’s journey began in 2015 with the founding of AMTD INC by our current CEO, Peter Stanton. With his deep understanding of metal recycling and a passion for environmental protection, AMTD INC quickly established itself as a trusted partner in the global market, specializing in metal and plastic recycling.
To meet the growing demand and sharpen our focus on sustainable waste management, AMTD LLC was established in 2024. Under the joint leadership of Peter Stanton and Vice President of Operations Vicoeur Nero (Yingzhao Tan), AMTD LLC has evolved into a modern platform for waste recycling and resource recovery, powered by technological innovation and market insight.
