This product is unwashed ABS regrind, carefully sourced from the Netherlands. It consists primarily of shredded plastic recovered from post-consumer ABS scrap, coming from household and commercial electrical appliances. The material is shredded but not washed, sold in a mixed color form commonly referred to as ABS flakes mixed color. We currently have 50 metric tons in ready stock, with a monthly production capacity ranging from 100 to 200 tons, ensuring a stable and continuous supply for bulk buyers and recyclers.
The European recycling market has seen steady growth in demand for quality ABS regrind products, driven by sustainability goals and circular economy initiatives. This material fits perfectly into those trends, enabling manufacturers and recyclers to source affordable and reliable raw materials. Due to the unwashed state, buyers with their own washing and processing equipment can benefit from a more cost-effective supply compared to fully washed alternatives.
The ABS regrind Netherlands offered here is sourced from dismantled appliances, including:
These items are processed at certified European WEEE facilities where they are shredded but not washed or dried. The material is magnetically separated to remove metal parts but may still contain minimal contaminants such as labels, rubber, or other plastics like PP or PC. This unwashed condition makes the material ideal for recyclers with their own washing and granulation lines.
The presence of mixed colors in this product reflects the diverse origins of the post-consumer ABS scrap and allows for a wide range of industrial applications. Buyers looking for uniform color ABS material should consider pre-sorting or applying color masterbatch during the recycling process.
This batch is sold as mixed-color regrind, commonly known as ABS flakes mixed color. Approximate color distribution is:
Due to its unwashed state, some flakes may carry label paper or surface dust. This product is especially recommended for use in dark-colored or modified plastic pellet applications. The mixed color characteristic can also reduce sorting costs and increase processing efficiency in suitable manufacturing lines.
The unwashed ABS regrind is ideal for:
Not recommended for white, transparent, or medical-grade applications.
The product also supports manufacturers aiming to reduce their environmental impact by incorporating recycled raw materials into their production, consistent with modern sustainability standards and corporate social responsibility goals.
With established partnerships throughout the Netherlands, Belgium, and Germany, we ensure a reliable and continuous supply of post-consumer ABS scrap. Our capabilities include:
Due to the steady growth in the plastic recycling industry and increasing demand for circular economy solutions, this product presents a valuable opportunity for manufacturers and recyclers alike to secure quality raw materials compliant with European WEEE directives and environmental regulations.
